St Vincent’s Pre-school Holiday Club

St Vincent’s Holiday Club operates outside the normal term times, running in selected holidays only.  This does not include any Bank Holidays or Inset Days.  Parents will be informed in September for the coming years planned operating days.  We plan to open 47 weeks if there is sufficient demand, we are closed for Christmas and the last 2 weeks of the August holiday.

Holiday Club runs from 9.00am till 3.15pm.

Morning session    9.00am - 11.30am    £17.00 (2 year olds)

£16.00 (3 years old+)

Lunch club 11.30am - 12.45pm £  7.00

(this is only for children staying all day)

Afternoon session 12.45pm - 3.15pm £17.00 (2 year olds)

£16.00 (3 years olds+)

Additional Services £4.00 per 3 and 4 year old when funded session

Year 2024-2025 (Please note holiday club cannot go ahead if there is insufficient demand)

Autumn Half Term - w/c Monday 27th October

Christmas – CLOSED

Spring Half Term – w/c Monday 16th February

Easter – w/c Tuesday 7th April and Monday 13th April (Closed Friday 2nd April, Good Friday and Easter Monday 6th April)

Summer Half Term – w/c Tuesday 26th May (Monday 25th Spring Bank Holiday)

Summer – w/c Thursday 23rd July, Monday 27th July, 3rd August, and 10th August 

PLEASE NOTE HOLIDAY CLUB HOURS ARE ONLY 9.00AM – 3.15PM.

You will be required to commit to the Holiday Club on a termly basis but will be invoiced at the beginning of each month, you will have 30 days to pay.

Using your funded hours

There is an option to stretch your funding over 47 weeks if you wish to take advantage of our holiday club.  If you are interested, please speak to Cath Davies or Nicola Gunter as we need to know in advance and any stretched funding needs to be applied for before the start of each term.  Please be aware that the consumables charge will be charged if you use your funding for the holiday club.

Wherever possible you must give a terms notice of termination or changes in attendance, we will try to accommodate changes to days part way through the term, but they cannot be guaranteed.  Please note any changes to hours which are funded cannot be made midterm.
